We bring you the exhilaration of Kai with an infusion of green & white tea and herbs—plunging you into the deep, blue world of the honu (Hawaiian green sea turtle) and of water birds such as the ae’o (Hawaiian stilt), both featured on this package.  Made from certified organic ingredients, Kai’s mineral and vegetal notes are reminiscent of the powerful ocean that surrounds our Hawaiian Island chain.

For maximum aloha: Scoop one heaping teaspoon (1.5g) of Kai into a tea strainer or sachet. Pour 8-fl oz of hot water into a teacup to steep at 170-185 ° F (76-82 ° C).  Allow Kai to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Makes 14 eight fl. oz. cups per package.
