The B'Booster Top 720 is an automatic filling machine for filling vacuum bags or pouches, manufactured by Technibag®, specialist manufacturers of bag-in-box filling and packing equipment.
- Fills vacuum bags (pouch module required to fill pouches)
- Fill rate 720 3 litre bags per hour
- Automatic machine which can be used as a stand alone machine, or alongside the C'Booster Top 720/900 Automatic Bag Packing Machine; or as part of the complete Flexi-Line
- Process includes automatic feed of bags (on web), multi-stage filling cycle (see Application), through to detachment and evacuation of bags
- Oxycontrol included as part of cycle
- Integrated CIP
- 7" colour multi-function touch screen control
- Access interface functions via Smartphone, tablet or PC to track:
- Production - program management, rate/output, production planning
- Statistics - quantities filled per batch; total quantity filled; start-up statistics, cleaning statistics, etc.
- Maintenance - preventative maintenance count-down
- Stainless steel construction
- Many options including pump; pouch module (changeover in less than 30 mins); temperature control; ISO 7 laminar flow hood with booster; prefilter & U15 filter; electromagnetic counter, etc.
The B'Booster can be fitted with a dual head for higher speed production rates
The B'Booster can be supplied as an 'Ultra Clean' model, which includes electromagnetic meter, specific controller program, Laminar flow hood including supercharger, pre filter and U15-ISO 7 filter with sealing control, and 'fully cleanable' guaranteed features
